1RMs after 8 weeks of G2F

Deadlift : 150kg (+25kg, +20%)

Press : 60kg (+12.75kg, +27%)

Yates row : 100kg (+20kg, +25%)

Squat : 120kg (+20kg, +20% - last 4 weeks only)

Not bad, considering I'm spending at most 4 hours a month lifting :)
