1RMs after 3 months G2F

Deadlift: 155kg (+5)

Press: 60kg (+0)

Squat: 140kg (+20)

Yates row: 100kg (+0)

Changes noted are from last month's 1RMs.

A bit of a mixed bag tonight. For the last few weeks I've been on a cutting diet (zero dairy, almost no nuts or beans, less fat) which has made training harder. My weekly lifts were still improving though, but you can see my 1RMs, apart from squats, were flat or close to it.

I am also at least 3kg lighter (prob closer to 5) than the last time I did 1RMs.

I had 2 failed attempts at dead 160, press 65 & 62.5, and row 110 & 105.

On a positive note, after last week's atrocious squat form, this was a lot better (tho only just deep enough for me to count it). Now I need to work on my dead.

I still have a few weeks of cutting left. I'm 78.5, aiming for 75. I'm going to keep dairy out, but will ease up a bit on the other changes to hopefully help maintain strength.

1RMs after 8 weeks of G2F

Deadlift : 150kg (+25kg, +20%)

Press : 60kg (+12.75kg, +27%)

Yates row : 100kg (+20kg, +25%)

Squat : 120kg (+20kg, +20% - last 4 weeks only)

Not bad, considering I'm spending at most 4 hours a month lifting :)

1RMs after 4 weeks of G2F

Deadlift: 135kg

Yates row: 90kg

Press: 52.5kg

That's PBs for all lifts. I'd hoped to hit 140 for the dead and 55 for the press, but am still pretty happy.

1RMs after not lifting for 18mths

The bar is ~10kg, maybe a touch more. 1RMs are:
Squat: 100kg
Press: 47.5kg
Deadlift: 125kg
