New program has me sprinting roughly twice a week. Not sure what I was thinking.

Anyway... I'm running up fairly steep hills. It hurts :)
10 sec sprint, 50 sec walk. 10 sets.
Aiming to eventually swap the walk for a show jog and increase the sprint to 20 sec.
